About Liz Ginocchio

Liz, an American,  lives and works on Aruba!  She is a realtor with Spazio Realty and specializes in the North American Market.

Prior to living on Aruba, Liz, along with her husband Ed lived and worked on the island of Bonaire, Aruba’s sister island for 10 years. Liz was born in NJ in the US and grew up in Virginia Beach.  The Sea and Sand has been calling her since she was a child.

Liz and Ed were living the “American Dream”, owning their own Scuba Diving Resort, along with buying and selling investment properties on the island.

Liz is well versed in the ABC Island (Aruba/Bonaire/Curacao) real estate market and can provide the guidance necessary for those who are interested in buying their own Aruba Dream Home, for private use, or for rental income, or a little of both!

Liz also owns Golden Reef Hospitality.  Golden Reef offers buyers of short term rental properties on Aruba the ability to maximize their investment.  Golden Reef handles all short term reservations and property management for property owners on Aruba who wish to rent their properties to the tourism sector. Golden Reef provides a superior level of service and return for a very reasonable fee, all in a very unique and creative way that brings in the reservations.  She lists in sites such as Airbnb/TripAdvisor/VRBO and Expedia.

When Liz has “down time”, she enjoys volunteering for local causes, relaxing on Aruba’s incredible beaches, snorkeling it’s amazing waters.  She and Ed love to travel, especially to their home in SouthEast Florida and visiting their son Chris who lives in Puerto Rico and works as an Air Traffic Controller.
